Location surround many services
Bad smell in rooms and Corridors. Design of rooms look old
Location, Standard plus room quite comfy
After staying at this hotel for two weeks and being an organized guest, I was surprised by their refusal to allow a simple two-hour late check-out without an additional fee. That btw was communicated by a receptionist with a dry, unfriendly attitude. While this may be “according to policy,” it demonstrates a complete lack of customer orientation. Clearly, retaining a few hundred rubles matters more here than reputation or returning guests. For me, this reflects the true level of service, and I will not be coming back.
