The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7.
I traveled from Mexico to Russia and this hotel was my favorite. The staff was always respectful and warm, making me feel right at home. I loved that they spoke English, which made things much easier since my Russian is poor. The rooms are always clean and smell wonderful.
Very good hotel! Top location, great cleaning, very comfortable bed. I had a room without windows, but the ventilation is great. Will stay here again.
Some loud ventilation in the bathroom. They say that they will fix it.
The overall environment of the hotel is not too problematic, but the related services provided are very unacceptable to me. Question 1: This is the main reason why I gave a bad review. The hotel details stated that I was able to check in early (this is the most important reason for me to book this hotel). As a result, after I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the hotel could not give me an early check-in. , My room is still unable to check in.If I want to check in early, I must modify to another more expensive room type and make up the difference of more than 3,000 rubles by myself. This caused me to disrupt my own travel plans. Question 2: The hotel details stated that it can provide luggage storage services, but after I left my luggage at the hotel because I was unable to check in early, I came back and saw that my luggage was placed unattended in the corridor of the hotel where people can come and go. This makes me unacceptable because I have valuable electronic products placed in the package.I can't imagine how long my luggage would be left there and how dangerous it would be if I didn't interrupt my travel plan and come back to check in in the afternoon. Please don't write out the services that cannot be provided, okay?
