Front desk is open 24/7. In the hotel, some rooms of the Comfort category are located on the attic floor. Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required.Russian guests are kindly asked to present a national passport at check-in. Children 14 years and younger are kindly asked to present their birth certificate. Our hotel room wasn’t done when we checked-in so we had to ask for another room and, as a result, wait longer. I personally didn’t like the smell in the new room, it was kind of stinky.
