The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Breakfast is not served in the apartments themselves, but in a neighboring venue located about 100–200 meters away. From July 1, 2025, it is possible to carry out facade repairs. Internet access is available on site. A shuttle service to and from the airport is provided. Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel.
Good location but overall an average experience
I was really looking forward to my stay, but it ended up being a major letdown. Right outside the hotel there was constant traffic noise — honking non-stop throughout the day. Getting any proper sleep at night was impossible, as loud music from a nearby club kept going until early morning hours. The room itself was far below expectations. The carpet had several holes, which didn’t just look neglected but also felt unsafe. The shower was partly broken, with handles missing and fixtures looking old and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the “view” that was promised didn’t exist at all — a large construction scaffold right in front of the window blocked any daylight or scenery, making the room feel even more uncomfortable. Overall, this stay was nothing like what I had expected. Considering the price and the hotel’s claims, it was absolutely disappointing. I cannot recommend staying here at the moment.
