The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The property has a contactless check-in, to send information on check-in to guests, the guests will need to fill out an offer agreement. In the message, the representative will send this information. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, guests must notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. To enter the hotel, guests need to climb the stairs and enter the blue door. At the entrance, guests will see a sign with the inscription Vertical Hotel — the property is located inside this hotel.
Aesthetically nice
Avoid this place if you are a foreigner, refused to give me my registration it gave me a lot of issues and a fine, I had to harass them for 3 weeks and still nothing. Really nice place but the management is completely non existent
Location
Room was a mess, AC was leaking and there were water everywhere. They took very long to give another room and didn’t reimburse me for the day I lost
Everything was perfect thanks
The sound isolation can be better
