When I made the booking, I specifically requested one double bed. However, they gave me a room with two separate single beds. After I reminded them, they changed the room. Unfortunately, the new room had a broken air conditioner and it was very cold. We had to sit in the room wearing our coats. Unfortunately, the service quality and the condition of the rooms are very poor. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I couldn’t stay there and left after two hours and moved to another hotel. Its name is “Klas,” but in reality it’s barely a 1-star hotel.
