Location, cleaneliness, small but comfortable room, good shared kitchen. The person who receives the messages via Whatsapp tries to be helpful.

It was the first time in my long travel life that I could not wait for the check-in time at the hotel lobby. When I asked for that to the lady in charge of the hotel, she simply refused and sent me away, suggesting I wait 3 hours in the streets. I was not allowed to stay on the old couch at the hotel lobby, even having paid in advance for 7 nights in the place. No English spoken at all in the hotel.
