The location was great, the staff woman was very kind. She helped us a lot. The room was warm enough for winter, even we opened the window. we had a kettle and teapot in our room. They provided a bathroom kit as well.
Upstairs was a hostel, so at night it was a bit noisy, so we couldn't sleep. but after we contacted the staff, they solved the problem.
