Who we are
Otelyar is operated by Rate Extra Tourism L.L.C., based in Dubai. Rate Extra is the merchant of record: it collects the payments made on this site and makes the booking on your behalf.
Where do the hotels come from?
Our hotel inventory is supplied through the Safaryar Holidays B2B hotel platform: Safaryar's direct contracts with hotels and its partner suppliers. Directly contracted hotels are listed first and carry the OTELYAR EXCLUSIVE badge.
We are starting with hotels in Istanbul and will add new destinations over time.
How we work
- Prices are fetched live for your dates, number of guests and nationality.
- Cancellation terms are shown clearly before you book; on cancellation the hotel's penalty is passed on as-is, with no extra service fee.
- Your card is authorised at the payment step and charged when the hotel booking is confirmed.
