Reception staffs are really nice and helpful staff name Abdulali, I forgot the name of that female staff she is really helpful and communicated so well I think her name is Victoria or Alexander
I wish if they could provide oven
The room is spacious. The location is decent. The metro is right nearby. Hygiene is good.
The staff think they're something weird. They're completely unhelpful. Their English is very poor. They don't bring water, or if they do, they charge extra. I asked for a glass and they even charged for that. They sell things but dont have change, it's ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend it for tourists, maybe it's suitable for locals. The room is actually quite nice, but the staff ruin the hotel.
