From the moment you walk in the door the staff at the hotel make youe feel special, valued and cared for. Nothing is too much for them. They know the local area, they have ideas about where to visit, they want you to have a great time. No other agenda. And it works. This place is fantastic.

Quite honestly, leaving the hotel and going home. OK - it's Paris, so the rooms are not palacial, but that's expected. Apart from that and breakfast being a relatively standard affair, no complaints: yes, the standard of everything else is so good, it was almost disappointing that the breakfast was just the same as in any other high class hotel.
