The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. If a visa is required to enter the country, the hotel generally provides the documents necessary for visa application. Animals up to 6 kg are allowed. The cost of a pet's stay: for stays from 1 to 7 days: RUB 5000.00 for one pet and RUB 7000.00 for two pets. For stays of more than 7 days, a fee is charged for each week. An additional deposit is charged. If the pet damages the property, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of check-in after 04:00 PM and on-site payment, guests should contact the hotel directly and inform them about the exact time of arrival. Despite position not being uber-central, hotel is top-notch in terms of all amenities: breakfast is abundant and delicious, staff is extremely hospitable, professional and helping, and rooms are so well-equipped that working hours fly like a breeze. I particularly appreciated the wide desk where I could setup my professional toolkit in a minute - something rarely seen all around the world. I would recommend for business travelers spending most of the day in meetings, while snatching night hours in the quiet of the lobby or the very room to getting things done.
Location is somewhat unattractive on a big highway - but it didn't bother me as it is nice, clean, modern inside the hotel and basically everything fit my expectations or more. 10 Min. walk to the Metro Breakfast great ! Nice staff tough often very busy, most speak excellent English.
