Wifi service is horrible. It is extremely slow and works only occasionally. Called the front desk multiple times about this but no results. Last day I had to leave early and could not enjoy complimentary breakfast. I requested a "bag to go" but was told I had to pay for it despite having complimentary breakfast on my room fare.
