Location and hilton name
It’s unbelievable that this is called a hilton hotel, with standards below base line. We came late and asked in the reception for water, nobody brought us anything. We had many bags and nobody offered help carry the bags. On the contrary they just looked. The pillows had dirt on it and the room smelled. Very bad decision to choose this venue for our holidays. Upon leaving, they didnt even ask about our experience, they only asked if we use the overpriced minibar and then they said bye. Bad experience
The location itself was excellent as well as the building if the hotel. The lobby is classy and sleek, and their sofas are comfy.
The receptionist didn’t mention any facilities what are in the hotel: room service, spa and pool. I arrived very late around 21:30pm and used only sauna as the pool was iccupied by a man and his son. The pool itself is too small for this tupe if the hotel. As it was a weekend they had 4 weddings celebrated that eveningg
