The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. A parking space is available upon request. For further details, guests can contact the property, contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Before I even talk about the hotel itself, I just wanna thank the management for choosing such friendly and polite staff. They honestly helped us as much as they could — I didn’t catch their names, but one was blonde and the other had black hair 😂. Super helpful! The hotel service was great, the room was always clean and everything used got replaced right away. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Red Square, so the location is perfect. The area is quiet and super safe. I’d definitely stay here again next time
The room was so small and its not a 5 star hotel from my point of view Was a miserable night in which I didn’t sleep at all because the mattress was small as well and the pillows are not comfortable For me the reception lady was great and trying to do her best to solve any issue (Yulia thanks)
