I'm writing to share my unpleasant experience at Orange Hotel, where I stayed for 8 nights. From the start, things were off - the hotel was tricky to find because the name on the Zen hotel app was different, and once we arrived, we struggled to get in as it required a key, forcing us to lug our bags up the stairs. The bigger issue was the booking itself. We had booked 3 rooms (2 king beds and 1 twin bed) for 5 people, but upon check-in, we were told we needed to pay an extra $300 for the 2 extra people, implying we should've booked more rooms. Given the room setup, this wasn't clear to us, especially with a twin bed room intended for 2 people. While the rooms were nice, issues like a leaking washroom in one room weren't addressed despite our request to switch rooms. The staff weren't very helpful or accommodating. When we asked for a late checkout, it was a flat no, which led to us waiting at the airport for 12 hours. But what really stood out was the lack of facilities for a supposed 3-star hotel. No spa, no pool, nothing. And the service reflected this - no regular housekeeping, no fresh towels or bed sheet changes, nothing. They gave us a sign for one room to put outside for cleaning, but the other two rooms were left to fudge. No one checked on us once over 8 days, despite being a long stay. Overall, I'd say avoid this hotel due to the misleading booking info, lack of customer service, and subpar facilities. Not worth the hassle.
